Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If, immediately before the commencement of Part 3, a premises is registered as a supported residential service under Division 2 of Part 3 of the Supported Residential Services (Community Visitors) Act 2010 , on and from that commencement that registration is taken to be a registration of the proprietor of the premises under section 23.
(2) If a registration continues in effect under subsection (1), it is taken to be subject to the same conditions as those to which the registration was subject immediately before the commencement of Part 3.
