SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 369

    (1)     In section 206(1) of the Disability Act 2006 , after "provider" insert "for the purposes of performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act".

    (2)     After section 206(3) of the Disability Act 2006 insert —

    "(3A)     A requirement under subsection (3) must be for the purposes of performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act.".
