SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 50

    (1)     The Regulator, in writing, may request a registered social service provider to provide further specified information that the Regulator considers necessary about a matter referred to in section 47(1), 48 or 49 within—

        (a)     a time specified in the request that is not less than 10 business days after the request is made; or

        (b)     if no time is specified in the request, a prescribed time.

    (2)     The registered social service provider must provide the information referred to in subsection (1) within the required time.
