In this Part—
"characteristics of a WCES service user "means the characteristics of a person in relation to which a WCES service is provided including, but not limited to, age and disability;
"excluded worker or carer" means a person—
(a) who is excluded from providing a WCES service or a class of WCES services under section 79(1)(a); or
(b) in relation to whom an interim exclusion is in force;
"interim exclusion" means an interim exclusion issued under section 70;
"member", in relation to a Panel, means a member of a Panel appointed under section 68(1)(b) or (c);
"Panel candidate "means a person appointed under section 67 ;
"regulatory entity", in relation to a WCES worker or carer, means any of the following, other than the Regulator—
(a) a Department that is responsible for regulating the WCES service provider by which the WCES worker or carer is employed or engaged;
(b) a body—
(i) that regulates or funds the WCES service provider by which the WCES worker or carer is employed or engaged; and
(ii) that is prescribed to be a regulatory entity in respect of that WCES service provider;
(c) any other body that is prescribed to be a regulatory entity in respect of the WCES worker or carer.
