SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 72

Submissions concerning interim exclusions

If the Regulator or a Panel issues an interim exclusion to a WCES worker or carer, or reviews a decision to issue an interim exclusion under section 73, the worker or carer may at any time make a written submission concerning the interim exclusion to the Regulator or Panel.
