SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 90

A person must not knowingly or recklessly provide a WCES service if the person is     subject to an exclusion decision in relation to that WCES service.

Penalty:     240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years or both.
