SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 98

    (1)     A Panel may require a person to give evidence or answer questions on oath or affirmation—

        (a)     if the person is attending a hearing conducted by a Panel under Division 5; or

        (b)     if the person is attending before the Panel for the purposes of producing any document or thing or giving information or evidence.

    (2)     The Panel may administer an oath or affirmation to a person for the purpose of subsection (1).
