STATE TAXATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 26 OF 2015) - SECT 11

After section 233 of the Duties Act 2000 insert —

        " 233AA     Mobile plant

No duty is chargeable under this Chapter on an application for registration or transfer of registration of a mobile plant as defined in clause 1A of Schedule 1.

        233AB     Special purpose vehicles (type P)

No duty is chargeable under this Chapter on an application for registration or transfer of registration of a special purpose vehicle (type P) as defined in clause 1B of Schedule 1.".
