STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 67 OF 2015) - SECT 4

In Schedule 2 to the Payroll Tax Act 2007 , in clause 13—

        (a)     the definition of Commission is repealed ;

        (b)     for the definition of new entrant substitute —

" new entrant has the meaning given by clause 13A;".
