TOURIST AND HERITAGE RAILWAYS ACT 2010 (NO. 79 OF 2010) - SECT 21

    (1)     VicTrack must provide the Registrar with a copy of any lease granted under section 19 or 20 within 14 days after the execution of the lease.

    (2)     The Registrar must keep a register of all leases granted under sections 19 and 20 and include in the register the term and renewal dates in respect of each lease.
