TOURIST AND HERITAGE RAILWAYS ACT 2010 (NO. 79 OF 2010) - SECT 26

Change of details

If a change occurs to any detail recorded against a registered operator in the Tourist and Heritage Railway Group Register, the operator must notify the Registrar in writing of the change within 28 days of its occurrence.
