TRANSPORT LEGISLATION MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2021 (NO. 30 OF 2021) - SECT 61

    (1)     In section 84C(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , in the definition of "relevant offence" , after paragraph (a)(i) insert —

    "(ia)     an offence against section 18AB(1);".

    (2)     In section 84C(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , in the definition of "relevant offence", after "18(2)" insert "or (2A)".

    (3)     In section 84C(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , the definition of second or subsequent offence is repealed .
