VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 19 OF 2012) - SECT 13

Amendment of section 35—Recommendation for further action

    (1)     In section 35(1) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 after "disciplinary" insert "process or".

    (2)     For section 35(3)(a) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 substitute —

    "(a)     the Chief Commissioner of Police;".

    (3)     For section 35(3)(d) of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 substitute —

    "(d)     the Auditor-General;

        (e)     the Victorian WorkCover Authority;

        (f)     any other person or body prescribed for the purposes of this subsection.".
