VICTIMS OF CRIME COMMISSIONER ACT 2015 (NO. 56 OF 2015) - SECT 11

Vacancy and resignation

The Commissioner ceases to hold office if the Commissioner—

        (a)     resigns by notice given to the Governor in Council; or

        (b)     becomes insolvent under administration; or

        (c)     is found guilty or convicted of—

              (i)     an indictable offence; or

              (ii)     an offence that, if committed in Victoria, would be an indictable offence; or

        (d)     is removed from office under section 12.
