Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner may provide the Attorney-General with a report of an inquiry conducted by the Commissioner into a systemic victim of crime matter.
(2) The Attorney-General on being provided with the report under subsection (1) may, with the agreement of the Commissioner—
(a) publish the report; or
(b) cause the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament.
