Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) On the recommendation of the Attorney-General, the Governor in Council may by instrument appoint an eligible person to be Chairperson of the Committee.
(2) A person is not eligible for appointment as Chairperson if the person is a member of the Parliament of Victoria or Parliament of the Commonwealth or of another State or a Territory.
