Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to section 75, any amount payable or received under this Act in respect of an infringement penalty and penalty reminder notice fee in relation to an infringement notice must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
(2) Subject to sections 75 and 76, any amount to be paid or refunded under this Act is payable out of the Consolidated Fund which is, by virtue of this section, appropriated to the necessary extent.
