YARRA RIVER PROTECTION (WILIP-GIN BIRRARUNG MURRON) ACT 2017 (NO. 49 OF 2017) - SECT 96

After section 190(3) of the Water Act 1989 insert —

    "(3A)     In preparing a regional waterway strategy that relates to the Yarra River, Melbourne Water Corporation must have regard to a Yarra Strategic Plan as it applies to the Yarra River.".
