ALPINE RESORTS (MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 136 OF 2009) - REG 42

r. 42

    (1)     A person must not in an alpine resort—

        (a)     throw an object; or

        (b)     play a game—

in a manner which is intended to cause danger or injury to any other person.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.

    (2)     A person must not in an alpine resort—

        (a)     throw an object; or

        (b)     play a game—

in a manner which is intended to cause unreasonable disturbance to any other person.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.

    (3)     A person must not in an alpine resort—

        (a)     throw an object; or

        (b)     play a game—

in a manner that is likely to damage any equipment, structure, or natural rock surface.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
