CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 53 OF 2009) - REG 16

    For the purposes of section 25M of the Act—

        (a)     the relevant prescribed information for an application under section 25L of the Act is the information set out in Part 5 of Schedule 1; and

        (b)     the relevant prescribed fee for that application is 5 fee units.
