DANGEROUS GOODS (TRANSPORT BY ROAD OR RAIL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2015 (SR NO 91 OF 2015) - REG 95

For regulation 198(1)(b) of the Principal Regulations substitute —

    "(b)     certify that the applicant is fit to drive a road vehicle in accordance with the standards set out in Assessing Fitness to Drive for commercial and private vehicle drivers , published by Austroads Ltd and the National Transport Commission on 1 March 2012, as amended from time to time and as in force at the time of the examination.".
