EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 44 OF 2017) - REG 90

    (1)     A person, body or school may apply to the Authority to amend the details of the registration of the person, body or school under Division 3
or 4 of Part 4.3 of the Act.

    (2)     The Authority must notify the person, body or school in writing of the Authority's decision on the application as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
