ELECTRICITY SAFETY (EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 37 OF 2009) - REG 28

r. 28

        An application for the registration of a set top box must—

        (a)     be made in accordance with the requirements for an application for registration set out in section 6 of AS/NZS 62087.2.1; and

        (b)     be in the form set out in Appendix A of AS/NZS 62087.2.1; and

        (c)     specify whether the equipment complies with the performance criteria and the minimum energy performance standards set out in regulation 14; and

        (d)     if the equipment is labelled or marked as a high efficiency power supply, specify whether the equipment complies with the requirements set out in regulation 14(b); and

        (e)     be accompanied by—

              (i)     a likeness of the electrical equipment label to be printed on the equipment; and

              (ii)     the applicable registration fee.
