Prescribed penalty provisions

For the purposes of section 90 of the Electricity Safety Act 1998 ,
clauses 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4.1, 6.1, 6.2, 7, 8.1 and 8.2 of the Code of Practice are
the prescribed provisions of the Code.
