FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 10 OF 2017) - REG 117

Notification of specified abalone details to Secretary

    (1)     In the heading to regulation 263 of the
Principal Regulations, for " Secretary "
substitute " the   Victorian Fisheries Authority ".

    (2)     In regulation 263(1) of the Principal Regulations, for "Secretary" (wherever occurring) substitute "Victorian Fisheries Authority".
