FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 10 OF 2017) - REG 35

For regulation 417A of the Principal Regulations substitute —

        " 417A     Application of Division

This Division does not apply to the holder of a Sea Urchin Fishery Access Licence,
or a person acting on behalf of that licence holder, when carrying out any fishing activities authorised by the licence.".
