General permit fees

    (1)     In regulation 26(3) of the Principal Regulations, for "Secretary" substitute "Authority".

    (2)     In regulation 26(4) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "Secretary" substitute "Authority";

        (b)     for "he or she" substitute "the Authority".
