MELBOURNE CITY LINK REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 68 OF 2019) - REG 19

For the purposes of the definition of enforcement agency in section 3 of the Act, the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety is prescribed as an enforcement agency with respect to the functions of an enforcement agency under—

        (a)     section 77(1)(b)(i) of the Act; and

        (b)     section 78(1) of the Act.
