MOTOR CAR TRADERS REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 94 OF 2018) - REG 8

For the purposes of section 34 of the Act—

        (a)     the prescribed form is Form 1 set out in Schedule 1; and

        (b)     the prescribed particulars are set out in Form 1 in Schedule 1.
