Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe master of a vessel to which section 59(2) of the Act applies must observe Chapter V of the regulations contained in the Annex to the Safety Convention (other than regulation 13 or 15 of that Chapter of those regulations).
