In Schedule 21 to the Principal Regulations, after item (xvi) insert —

"(xvii)

Consent of owner to work near a dwelling house

Licence type/number, Name/s of licensee/s, Address/es of licensee/s, Name/s of owner/s, Address/es of owner/s, Title details of land subject to consent

(xviii)

Authorisation of Minister to work near a dwelling house

Licence type/number, Name/s of licensee/s, Address/es of licensee/s, Name/s of owner/s, Address/es of owner/s, Title details of land subject to authorisation".
