Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A provider must ensure that a vehicle-cleaning plan is developed in compliance with the infection control guidelines.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) The vehicle-cleaning plan must include—
(a) an associated cleaning schedule; and
(b) guidelines on cleaning practices.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) A provider must ensure that all vehicles used for the transport of patients by a non-emergency patient transport service are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
