RAIL SAFETY (LOCAL OPERATIONS) (ACCREDITATION AND SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 77 OF 2017) - REG 51
Exemption from fees
(1) A rail transport operator may apply to the
Safety Director for waiver of a fee payable under this Part.
(2) The Safety Director may waive all or any part
of any fee payable under this Part.
