ROAD SAFETY (AUTOMATED VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 120 OF 2018) - REG 12

For the purposes of section 33E(2) of the Act, an applicant for a renewal of an ADS permit must—

        (a)         have complied with the conditions of the ADS permit; and

        (b)     meet the eligibility criteria set out in regulation 8; and

        (c)         submit to the Corporation, an application that complies with the requirements of regulation 9; and

        (d)     if required by the Corporation—

              (i)     comply with any additional requirement imposed by the Corporation in accordance with regulation 10; and

              (ii)     produce the automated vehicle specified in the ADS permit for a test or an assessment to determine if it may be operated safely on a highway.
