Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Within seven days after the expiration of the time fixed by or under Rule 64.03 for the service or filing of notice of appeal, the appellant shall deliver to the Registrar and to all other persons upon whom the notice of appeal has been served a note of proposed contents of the appeal book.
(2) The time fixed by paragraph (1) may be extended by direction of the Registrar.
(3) Subject to Rule 64.09, as soon as practicable after the delivery to the Registrar of the note of the proposed contents the Registrar shall give directions to the appellant for the preparation and delivery of the appeal book.
