SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2005 (SR NO 148 OF 2005) - REG 77.04

    (1)     Where on an application to a Master in accordance with Rule 77.01 it appears to the Master that the application is proper for the determination of a Judge, the Master may refer the application to a Judge.

    (2)     The Judge to whom the application is referred may—

        (a)     hear and determine the application; or

        (b)     refer it back to the Master with directions.

    (3)     A Master may refer to a Judge for directions any question arising on an application to the Master.
