Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsIf no form of application or advice is prescribed by any regulations made under the Act or approved by the Registrar, the applicant must apply in writing to the Registrar stating the applicant's name and address and also—
(a) state what is required to be done and the relevant section of the Act; and
(b) describe the relevant land by reference to the folio of the Register or by any other description which is sufficient to satisfy the Registrar.
