SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS (DETENTION AND SUPERVISION) AMENDMENT (REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTER BAN) REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 4 OF 2018) - REG 4
New regulation 23 inserted
After regulation 22 of the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision)
Regulations 2009 [1] insert —
"
23 Prescribed persons allowed to operate remotely piloted
aircraft or helicopter
For the purposes of section 141A(1) of the Act, a person employed by the
Department in Corrections Victoria and acting in the course of their
employment is a prescribed person.".
