Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the threshold amount that the Transport Accident Commission must not make a payment or contribution to a person under section 60(4) of the Transport Accident Act 1986 unless the person enters into an agreement with the Commission in relation to the ownership of, or maintenance of modifications to, a home or semi-detachable portable unit.
