For regulation 66(3) of the Principal Regulations substitute —
"(3) An authorised person (conduct) may ask a person to leave a public transport vehicle or public transport premises if the authorised person (conduct) reasonably believes that—
(a) if the public transport vehicle is a passenger vehicle, the person has failed to comply with regulation 8(2) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017 in respect of travel in that passenger vehicle; or
(b) the person has failed to comply with regulation 7(2), 9(2) or 11(3) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017 in respect of an entry to a compulsory ticket area that is part of the public transport premises; or
(c) if the public transport vehicle is a passenger vehicle, the person has failed to comply with regulation 7(1) or 10(3) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017 in respect of travel in that passenger vehicle; or
(d) the person has committed an offence against the Act or these Regulations.".
