Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of Part VII of the Act, an offence set out in Column 2 of a Table in Schedule 3 is prescribed as a transport infringement.
(2) Subject to regulation 8, for the purposes of section 212(5) of the Act, the prescribed amount for a transport infringement penalty is the amount of infringement penalty set out in Column 3 of a Table in Schedule 3 opposite the corresponding prescribed offence set out in Column 2 of that Table.
