TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT (PORT SAFETY INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 24 OF 2011) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 to—

        (a)     prescribe offences under the Port Management (Port of Melbourne Safety and Property) Regulations 2010 as port safety infringements; and

        (b)     prescribe penalties for those port safety infringements.
