Western Australia LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Bill (No. 3) 2004 A Bill for An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund -- • a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 2004 under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorisation Act 2003. The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows: 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 3) 2004. 326--1 page 1 Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Bill (No. 3) 2004 s. 2 2. Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. 3.
