A Bill for
An Act to amend the Railway (METRONET) Act 2018.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1 1. Short title
2 This is the Railway (METRONET) Amendment Act 2019.
3 2. Commencement
4 This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives
5 the Royal Assent.
6 3. Act amended
7 This Act amends the Railway (METRONET) Act 2018.
8 4. Long title amended
9 (1) In the long title in the 2nd bullet point delete "Extension)," and
10 insert:

21 6468072 North, then proceeds in a generally northerly direction for a
22 distance of approximately 7.6 km to a point near Map Grid of
23 Australia 1994 coordinates 397555 East and 6475320 North, then
24 proceeds in a generally easterly direction for a distance of
25 approximately 4.5 km to a point near Map Grid of Australia 1994
26 coordinates 401684 East and 6475588 North, then proceeds in a
27 generally northerly direction for a distance of approximately 8.3 km to
28 a point, near Map Grid of Australia 1994 coordinates 401878 East and
29 6483339 North, that is approximately 60 m southwest of the
30 intersection of The Parkway and Transit Way, Ellenbrook.
