section 3(1) delete the definitions of:
carer’s leave
employee
(2) In
section 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:
employee means —
(a) a
person who is employed by an employer to do work for hire or reward, including
as an apprentice; or
(b) a
person whose usual status is that of an employee;
industrial instrument means an award or
employer-employee agreement;
(3) In
section 3(1) in the definition of minimum condition of employment :
(a) in
paragraph (e) delete “5;” and insert:
5; or
(b)
after paragraph (e) insert:
(f) the
requirement as to confidentiality prescribed by section 39E(1);
