CO-OPERATIVES (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2015 (NO 13 OF 2015) - SECT 23

Regulations made by the Governor of New South Wales under section 612 of the Co-operatives National Law set out in the Appendix to the Co-operatives (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012  (NSW) before the commencement have effect in this jurisdiction as if they were made under that section on the commencement.
