NATIONAL ELECTRICITY (NORTHERN TERRITORY) (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2015 (NO 16 OF 2015) - SECT 4

This Act, the target="main">National Electricity (NT) Law and the National Electricity (NT) Regulations bind the Crown in right of the Territory and, to the extent the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
