ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS ORDER (NO. 2) AMENDMENT ORDER (NO. 2) 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 70) - REG 5 Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Departments and Enactments)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in Part 5 after

Stolen Generations of Aboriginal Children Act 2006
the following item:

Tasmanian Community Fund Act 2005
(b) by omitting the following item

Tasmanian Community Fund Act 2005
from Part 23 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2010 by transferring the Tasmanian Community Fund Act 2005 from the Department of Treasury and Finance under the Treasurer to the Department of Premier and Cabinet under the Minister for Community Development.
