Clause 12 of the Principal By-laws is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subclause (1) "Commission" and substituting "undertakers" ;

(b) by omitting from subclause (2) "Commission" and substituting "undertakers" ;

(c) by omitting from subclause (3) "Commission" and substituting "undertakers" .
