Clause 13 of the Principal By-laws is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subclause (1) "Commission is" and substituting "undertakers are" ;

(b) by omitting from subclause (3) "Commission" and substituting "undertakers" .

These by-laws were made by the undertakers, the Cressy-Longford Irrigation Scheme Limited, at a meeting held on 11 November 2004.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These by-laws amend the Cressy-Longford Irrigation Water District By-laws 2000 by –

(a) changing references to the "Commission" to "the undertakers" ; and

(b) altering the requirements for the notification of an irrigation season; and

(c) making further provision in relation to the place at which rates and charges may be paid.
